Last night, your barking dog literally drove me up the wall. Today, when I told you in person you didn't apologize. Instead you just offered me to pet the dog. Let me be clear, you are the problem, not the dog. And believe me, your dog will be a quiet mouse compared to the noise I can make. Eventually, If I am forced to move to find some sleep, I will sue you and I'll make sure you are liable for my relocation expenses, loss of amenity of my home and post traumatic stress disorder. Of course you can also expect to pay my lawyer's bill who by the way is quite diligent and very good at getting what he wants.
